ACE RENTAL POLICY

 

Rental period:

4 Hours , 8 hours , 24 hours , Week


Note:

Overnight use will be assesed an 8 hour charge
Identification required on all rentals as follows:


1) Valid Arizona drivers license

2) Credit Card or in-house account
No Credit Card requires cash deposit equal to equipment value.
All Deposits on Credit card must be pre-authorized.


Damage Waiver:

As an added service we have a mandatory
damage waiver equal to 10% of the gross rental. This covers
equipment against accidental damage. This does not cover
misuse, loss, tire damage or neglect.


Cleaning of equipment:

A cleaning charge will be made and
deducted from the deposit on items returned unclean. Excessive
dirt will be charged additionally at the rate of $40/hour.


Pick up & delivery is available:

$10 per trip (10 mile radius)
Problems: If you experience problems, call immediately.
Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rental period.


Operation:

Beyond showing safety issues, how to operate and
cleaning techniques, we do not offer equipment training and use.
